Payments and Transfer information are located under the Account Menu, under Transactions.
Payment Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. You will a customer's card was declined upon confirmation of reservation request. The payment will be flagged and reservation marked as unpaid.
The Payments page is a detailed list of all payments and refunds that have taken place at your marina through Dockwa.
Each Transfer is listed by its Transfer Identification Number. Listed here is each transfers amount, date deposited, and the account it was transferred to.
