Change of plans? Have a question? Need to communicate a Special Request? The easiest way to communicate this to the marina is by sending a Chat through your Dockwa reservation.
From the Dockwa Mobile App, it's as simple as logging into your Dockwa account, opening the reservation you would like to change, and using our Chat feature to communicate your change or request directly to the marina.
- Once logged into your Dockwa account, open the "Trips" tab to view your past and current reservations
- From the "Trips" tab, select the reservation you would like to send a message through
- Once in the Chat portal, enter in your message and click "Send"
The Chat message will be sent directly to the marina for review. You will receive a in app push notification (if enabled on device), as well as an email with a link to the message portal. You can also Chat through your reservation on Dockwa.com (See Instructions Here).
