Log into your Dockwa Account in the App
Open the Trips Page (Calendar Icon)
Click the chat button
From here you can request adjustments to arrival/departure dates, electricity/power requests, special requests, and you can ask any other questions you may have.
The marina will be notified immediately of your request to change, and if acceptable can implement the changes. You will receive a notification email once your reservation has been updated.
PLEASE NOTE: If your change results in an additional payment, it will be processed upon confirmation by the marina. If your change results in a refund, your refund will be processed within 72 hours in accordance with the marina's cancellation policy.
