Refunds on canceled reservations are processed by the marina and are in line with the Marina Specific Cancellation Policy, which can be found on the marina profile page on Dockwa. Each marina is responsible for managing and issuing all refunds, the Dockwa Support team will intervene if necessary but only with the expressed consent of the marina.
If a boater is eligible for a refund we will work with the marina to process the refund within 72 hours of the cancellation request. In some extenuating circumstances, it may take longer.
