Directly communicate with your guests through their Dockwa reservation. "MESSAGE" the boaters about their reservations, answer questions, give instructions or slip assignments. Boaters will be notified through the Dockwa mobile app and by email.
To send a Message:
1) Click "Send Message" at the top of the customer's reservation
2) Enter your message to the left of the green "Send" button
3) Click Send or press Enter to send the message to the customer
