In the event of a cancelled reservation or a change that results in a customer refund, you can issue a refund right from the reservation in your Dockwa account.
You will receive notifications for all Cancellations, making them simple to access on the Today section of your Dashboard.
To begin, open the Cancelled reservation by clicking on it.
Once in the reservation, you will notice a Refund Box at the top of the screen. From here you can enter the amount you would like to refund.
Press "Refund Reservation" to process the refund.
Please take the time to ensure you have entered the correct amount, as once you confirm, it will process immediately.
Now back in the reservation screen, you will see the resultant refund transaction captured in the "Transactions" section of the reservation. This information will also be reflected in the "Payments" screen of your account.
We request that all refunds be addressed within 48hours of a cancellation.
