Was I Supposed to Receive a Confirmation Email?

"I received this receipt but I did not receive any confirmation email or confirmed itinerary from Dockwa/Marina!"
 
Upon confirmation of your Dockwa request by the marina, you will receive 2 emails.  1) A confirmation email, which includes your reservation ID number and all of your itinerary expect for slip assignment. 2) A receipt for the charge that was processed upon confirmation (this will not be sent if the marina processes payment upon arrival). 
 
If you do not receive the 1st email, confirmation of the request, it is possible that this was sent directly to your SPAM folder.  It is important that our emails are getting delivered to you! In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add senders of legitimate emails to your Whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list. Our transactional emails to all marinas come from Team Dockwa <mayday@dockwa.com> or the domain <@messaging.dockwa.com>.
