Located in your Marina Dashboard, select Messages. Here you have access to every conversation you have had with your customers through Dockwa Chat. These messages are automatically filtered for you by past and upcoming reservations and sorted to show you the most recent chat received first.
All messages with a red notification are Unread Messages. These messages are from boaters that have either initiated a conversation with you or are replying to a message you have sent them. These messages take priority and can be accessed directly from your main Dashboard under Unread Messages.
