Why is this reservation currently missing payment?
For any reservation greater than one night, a one night's deposit is taken upon confirmation and the remaining balance will be re-billed on the date of scheduled arrival at the marina's local check in time.
Please note: the reservation will show as "currently missing payment" on the day of scheduled arrival. It is important to note that although it shows as missing payment our deposit billing system is set to re-bill that reservation at the marinas local check in time. We would strongly encourage not to collect payment on-site prior to the re-bill as this would cause your customer to be double billed for the remaining amount. We understand that this can cause some confusion and it is something our team is working to address.
