When uploading your BoatUS memberships to your Dockwa profile, please make sure that your Memeber ID, Last Name, and Zip Code are all input correctly. The most common issue usually involves the zip code, so please make sure you try all possible codes.
To help make sure you have the right information, you must first verify that your membership is in good standing and all the information is consistent with what BoatUS has on file. The easiest way to do this is to check using their membership verification site.
