The email associated with your Dockwa Account will receive receipts, reservation updates, and other important information. If you need to update your email, please follow these steps.
1) Make sure you login to your Dockwa Account on a browser, not the app. Along with this, when you login you must be using the email address that you do not want to use anymore.
2) Once logged in, click the drop down Account tab and select the Account option (as shown in the screenshot below).
3) Edit your email address to the correct address.
4) Make sure to hit the "Update Profile" button so your new email saves.
PLEASE NOTE: If you run into an error message or a statement saying this email already exists then you have already created an account under that email address. If this is the case you should also note that we are unable to merge accounts and any reservations made on your old email account will stay on that account.
