Reservations that were made directly at the marina via the phone or in person are called Dockmaster Entered reservations. Since reservations that are Dockmaster Entered do not show up in your account, you will have to manage them a little differently.
Please follow these instructions for all cancellation or reservation adjustment requests:
1. Locate the "Confirmation Email" titled:
Confirmed reservation [Reservation ID] at [Marina]
2. Reply to the Email with your request (IE. "Please Cancel this reservation")
Please allow up to 48 hours for the marina to adjust per your reservation request. You will receive another email regarding the status of your reservation. You can further reply to this email if you require additional assistance from the marina.
