Cancellation Policy: 72 Hour Policy
Non-member reservations will require a deposit of one night’s stay plus anticipated electrical connection fees. Members wishing to use their free or discounted SHM Black Card benefits are
required to enter a credit card number to secure their reservation.
The Safe Harbor Marinas transient cancellation policy is as follows:
- Non-members who do not cancel more than 72-hours prior to their arrival date (by 1pm 3 days prior) will forfeit their deposit, including electric connection fees.
- SHM members with a valid Black Card who do not cancel at least 24-hours prior to their arrival date (by 1pm the previous day) will forfeit their deposit, including electric connection fees.
- A transient guest who does not cancel and fails to arrive for a scheduled reservation will be charged 100% of the entire reserved stay, including electric connection fees if applicable.
All cancellation requests will generate an email confirmation of cancellation. Receipt of this email confirmation will serve as proof that your cancellation has been acknowledged.
Weather Policy: It is hard to know in advance what the weather will do on the day of your visit.
Therefore, cancellations due to weather will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit if there is a NOAA Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival.
