Re-create a Boater's Reservation that was Expired

If you find that a reservation was expired that you actually have space for or the customer stayed with you after all, please follow the directions below to re-create the reservation so you can charge the boater:

  1. If you have not yet connected with the boater, please Chat the boater via the Expired Reservation to make sure they still want the reservation: (Instructions to Chat with Boater via Expired Reservation)
  2. If they still wish to stay you can use the information saved in their contact profile to Manually create the Reservation in Dockwa for the boater: (Instructions to Manually Enter a New Reservation)
