Reservation was Confirmed with the Wrong LOA (Marina Support)

Follow

You have confirmed a reservation to stay at your marina but the boater has put in their LOA incorrectly, leading to an incorrect total bill on the reservation. You can easily edit their boat length from within the reservation so that the price is updated in Dockwa.

  1. Log into your Dockwa Account (Instructions Here).
  2. From within the reservation click on the blue name of the boater.
  3. This will bring you to their profile, choose the "boats" tab and click on the pencil symbol in the top right hand side of the boat you would like to edit (the pencil symbol/button will turn green).
  4. This will bring you into the edit boat screen, correct the number in the "length overall" box and click on the green Save Boat button below.
Once you have done this, go back to the main reservation page. You will need to "edit" the reservation and click the "update reservation" button to save the rate increase or decrease.
  5. If your changes do not reflect at first, please make sure to refresh your page/browser and check again.
