If a reservation is more than 7 days past departure it is automatically locked to avoid accidents or updates on past reservations.
If you need to make edits or cancel a locked reservation, you will need to contact the Dockwa Support Team at email@example.com
Please include the following information in your email to us:
- Reservation ID
- What needs to be updated (include $ amount)
- Why does it need to be updated
Once received, our team will help you to update the reservation as requested.
