Assignments do not get communicated automatically to the customer on the Basic Dockwa subscription. We do offer the ability to send slip assignments automatically through our Dockwa Connect subscription with our offering of "Custom Guest Reservation Emails". If using Dockwa Basic, slip assignment information should be communicated via the "Messaging" tool in Dockwa once you've added an assignment to the confirmed reservation.
