Once you have completed all of the steps in the contract creation process and you are ready to send the contract to your customers, follow the instructions below:
- First, you will need to be on the Contracts dashboard by clicking "Contracts" on the left side of your screen.
- Once there, click "View" on the Contract Group that you want to send
- Make sure that the customer is correct, and then hit "Send" on the individual contact or "Send All" to send out contracts to all unsigned contracts in the group.
Your work is done! Now, all that you need to do is sit back and watch the signed Contracts come back in. If a boater does not sign in time, you can "Resend" or "Expire" the Contract. Once a contract is signed, it will show in your Dockwa account just like a normal Dockwa reservation. You will be able to give it an assignment, review its charges, and even add boat charges.
