How to Confirm a Discount was applied to my Reservation

If you are unsure a discount was not applied to your reservation during checkout, you can confirm this from within your account by following the instructions below:

  • Log In to your Dockwa Account
  • Select "Trips" from the "Account" menu (in the top right corner of the website)
  • Click to View the reservation you wish to confirm a discount was applied to
  • If there has been a discount applied to your reservation, this information will be presented in the "Pricing Summary" breakdown

Should you find the discount is not applied, as expected, please follow the instructions linked below to send a direct message/chat to the marina through your Dockwa reservation to have them apply this discount manually:
