If you lost your receipt or need to go back to review past payments, you can view this in your account by following the instructions below:
- Log In to your Dockwa Account
- Select "Trips" from the "Account" menu (in the top right corner of the website)
- Click to View the reservation you need to view the receipt for
- If the transaction has processed successfully, it will show as "Success" and have a link to view "Receipt"
- Click the "Receipt" link. Here you can resend the receipt to yourself, someone else, or print the receipt for your records
