If you have received an email titled "New Agreement Ready to Sign" or "Friendly Reminder to Sign Your Contract" from a Dockwa partnered marina but you don't intend to keep your slip at that marina, please use the "Decline Agreement" link on the agreement page. This will let the marina know you don't plan to stay, as well as stop the email messages from the Dockwa system. Please review the instructions below:
- Click the "Sign your agreement online with Dockwa" or "Click to View" button in the email you received.
- This will automatically bring you to a screen where you can click the "Decline Agreement" button (located below step #4).
- If you do this successfully, you will see the "Agreement Declined" message pop up on your screen. Please see below for screenshots of each step.
