When you need to share an urgent dock update, weather alert, or facility notice, sending the same message over and over can be time-consuming. Bulk Messaging helps you reach multiple boaters at once—right from Tonight’s Boats (Today at a Glance).
How Bulk Messaging Works
To start a Bulk Message, simply click the "Details" button on the Today at a Glance Dashboard.
1. Select the boaters you want to contact
Use the checkboxes next to each row.
Use Select All or Deselect All as needed.
Your selection stays in place—even if you move between pages.
You’ll always see the total number of selected recipients before sending, so there are no surprises.
2. Compose your message
Click Send Message, write your update, and review the recipient count in the confirmation modal.
3. Send to all selected boaters
Once confirmed:
Each boater receives the message individually.
Messages are delivered through our built in messaging tool.
Each message is created as its own conversation record in the Messages tab of a customer's profile.
