If you’re having difficulty linking your Safe Harbor Membership number to your Dockwa account, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Ensure you are eligible for Safe Harbor Membership benefits.

Step 2: Verify Your Safe Harbor Account
Make sure you have created your membership account with Safe Harbor: Safe Harbor Members Portal
Step 3: Enter Your Membership Card Correctly
Use your 12-digit Membership Card number.
Enter the number without any spaces in the Dockwa form.
Enter your first and last name exactly as shown on your Safe Harbor Membership.
Step 4: Contact Support if Problems Persist
If you’ve completed the steps above and still cannot save your membership, email [email protected]. Include the following details:
Safe Harbor Membership Card number (12 digits)
First and last name (as listed on your Safe Harbor Membership)
Safe Harbor Home Port location (where you currently have your slip or storage agreement)
With this information, the Safe Harbor membership team will work to identify and resolve the issue. Please allow up to 48 hours for troubleshooting.
Once Safe Harbor resolves the issue on their end, you should then be able to save and verify your membership in Dockwa. Your Safe Harbor benefits will automatically apply to reservations at participating marinas once added to your Dockwa account.
