Trouble inputting my Safe Harbor Membership Card number

If you are having difficulty linking your Safe Harbor Membership Card number with your Dockwa account, first please ensure that you are eligible for Membership 2023 benefits. To determine if you are eligible, refer to the Safe Harbor Membership 2023 rules, terms & conditions at: Safe Harbor Marinas Membership

Next, please ensure you have created your account with Safe Harbor at: Members

Lastly, please ensure you are entering your 12-digit Membership Card number within the Dockwa form with NO SPACES.

If you have completed all of these steps and are still experiencing issues, please email: [email protected](please also cc: [email protected] on the email) with the following details:

  1. Safe Harbor Membership Card number (12-digit number)

  2. Your first and last name as it is listed on your Safe Harbor slip/storage agreement

  3. Your Safe Harbor Home Port location (where you currently have your slip/storage agreement)

With this information, the Safe Harbor systems support team will help identify the issue. Please allow up to 48-hours for Dockwa to work with the Safe Harbor systems support team to troubleshoot the issue, thank you!
