By saving your Safe Harbor membership in your Dockwa account, you can unlock exclusive discounts at participating marinas. These instructions apply to the Dockwa website (Dockwa.com).
Step 1: Gather Required Information
Before you begin, make sure you have your:
Safe Harbor Membership ID Number
First Name
Last Name
Step 2: Log in to your Dockwa account
Go to Dockwa.com and log in.
Click on Your Name in the upper right corner.
Select Settings > Go to Memberships.
Step 3: Enter your membership details
On the Memberships page, click the Add Membership button.
Enter your Safe Harbor Membership ID number, First Name, and Last Name.
Click Save.
Step 4: Verification
If successful, your Safe Harbor Membership will show as linked in your account.
If verification fails:
Double-check your membership card number (no spaces).
Confirm that your first and last name exactly match the name on your Safe Harbor membership agreement.
