If your BoatUS discount isn’t appearing when booking at a participating marina, it’s likely that your BoatUS information in Dockwa has expired. You’ll need to update or re-verify your membership details.
How to Update Your BoatUS Membership in Dockwa
Log in to your Dockwa account.
Click the Your Name in the top right corner and choose Settings.
Select Memberships from the left side menu.
Click the box to update your BoatUS membership information and Save.

If your membership details are correct but not showing as Verified:
Click Update Membership.
If your membership details have changed (e.g., new ID or updated info):
Click Remove Membership.
Re-enter your updated information.
Click Add Membership to save.
