Directly communicate with your guests through their Dockwa reservation. Message boaters about their reservations, answer questions, give instructions or slip assignments. Boaters will be notified both through the Dockwa mobile app and by email.
From a Computer
To send a Message:
Select Send Message at the top of the customer's reservation
In the Message page, type your message in the field at the bottom.
Select Send or press [Enter] to send the message to the customer.
