To add your bank account information in Dockwa:

Navigate to My Account in the upper right hand corner of your Dockwa Dashboard.
Select Configure Bank. Here, you’ll see an option to add your banking details.
Follow the prompts to enter the information requested. These details must be 100% accurate, and are required to authorize your payout account. Any typos or incorrect information will delay validating your banking info until they have been resolved.
Save and Confirm: After entering the details, save your changes. Some updates may require additional verification, so keep an eye out for confirmation prompts.

If you need to update your Employer Identification Number (EIN), your banking information or other critical business information:

Navigate to the Configure Bank section in your account settings.
Select Change Bank Account if you're needing to route your payouts to a new account completely.
Choose Update Financial Information if only details about your business need changed.
Save Changes: Confirm and save all updates. You may be prompted to verify some information for security purposes.

Tip: Make sure your EIN and business name match the records with the IRS to avoid issues during tax time.

Payouts: Your payouts may be temporarily paused during verification but will resume once your new information is confirmed.
Notifications: Dockwa will typically notify you of any issues with updated information. Keep an eye on your email for confirmation or any required follow-up.
