💻 On the Web
Log in to your Dockwa account at dockwa.com.
Click your name or initial bubble in the top right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Then select Payment Methods.
To add a new payment method, click Add New Payment Method.
Enter your new credit card details or bank account information and click Save.
To edit an existing payment method, click on the Notepad icon next to it.

To delete a payment method, click the Trash Can icon to the right of the existing payment method.

📱 In the Mobile App
Log in to your Dockwa account on the mobile app.
Tap the Profile icon on the bottom right.
Scroll down and select Payment Methods.
To add a new payment method, tap Add New to add a new card or bank account.
To delete a payment method, swipe left and click Delete.
Note: Editing an existing card's details (such as expiration date or billing address) can only be done on the web. To update a card in the app, remove it and re-add it with the new information using Steps 1-4.
📝 Tips & Notes
Editing an existing card’s details can only be done on the web.
Make sure your new payment method has sufficient funds to avoid declined transactions.
Ensure that you correctly enter your card number, CVC, and expiration dates to avoid failed transactions.
Adding an ACH bank account may require verification before it can be used.
