💻 Updating on the Web
Log in to your Dockwa account at dockwa.com.
Click your name or initial bubble in the top right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Then select Payment Methods.
In the Payment Methods section, click Add New Payment Method.
Enter your new credit card details or bank account information and click Save.
To delete a payment method, click the Trash Can icon to the right of the existing payment method.
To update an existing payment method, click on the Notepad icon.

📱 Updating in the App
Log in to your Dockwa account on the mobile app.
Tap the Profile icon on the bottom right.
Scroll down and select Payment Methods.
Tap Add New to add a new card or bank account.
If you need to update an existing card, tap on that card and delete it.
Re-add your updated card or bank account using Steps 1-4.
📝 Tips & Notes
Editing an existing card’s details can only be done on the web.
Make sure your new payment method has sufficient funds to avoid declined transactions.
Adding an ACH bank account may require verification before it can be used.
