You can cancel a confirmed reservation any time before the marina’s local check-in time on your scheduled arrival day. Once a reservation is Confirmed, cancellations will be subject to the marina’s cancellation policy.
You can find marina-specific cancellation policies and check-in times:
On the marina’s Dockwa profile page
In your confirmation email
During checkout on the reservation request form
Note: If your request is still Pending (not yet confirmed), you can cancel it without being charged.

Review the marina’s cancellation policy to understand any potential fees or refund restrictions.
Remember that cancellation requests are sent to the marina directly for processing.

📱 Canceling in the Dockwa App
Log in to your account.
Tap the Trips icon (calendar) at the bottom of the screen.
Select the reservation you want to cancel.
Tap the red Cancel button in the top-right corner.
Feel free to write a message to the marina explaining why you need to cancel.
💻 Canceling on Dockwa.com
Log in to your account.
Click on Trips in the top-right section of Dockwa.com or go directly to: dockwa.com/account/trips
Select the reservation you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Reservation.
Write a message to the marina explaining why you need to cancel.
Submit your cancellation request by clicking Cancel Reservation.
✅ After You Cancel
Your reservation status will update to Canceled.
Your cancellation request will be sent to the marina for processing.
The marina will review your request and apply their cancellation policy.
