My contract was sent to the wrong email. Can you resend it to my preferred email?
First, contact Dockwa Support by submitting a ticket here. We will verify that your account is set up correctly.
If your preferred email is already linked to an existing Dockwa account: The marina will need to void the current contract and recreate it under a customer profile connected to that email address.
If your preferred email is not connected to an existing Dockwa account: The marina can simply update your email address on file and resend the contract.
Can you update my contract terms, such a removing electric, fees, etc.?
No, we cannot update the contract terms for you. Contract modifications must be made by the marina directly. We recommend sending the marina a message through the contract quote or giving them a call.
Do I have to upload insurance/registration to sign? Can I bypass this?

Do I need to complete the contract in one session?

I added my signature, but the "Accept and Submit" button is greyed out. How do I fix this?
Try the following steps:
Verify that you've completed all steps and fields in the contract signing process. If a field is blank, you will not be able to sign your agreement.
Verify that all dates for documents such as insurance and registration are valid and current. Expired dates will prevent you from being able to sign your agreement.
Ensure that you're logged into your Dockwa account when attempting to sign your agreement if you used an email link. Or, attempt to complete the agreement by logging in directly to Dockwa and navigating to Trips > Contracts to complete the agreement from there.

Why is there a credit card fee, and can it be removed?
Credit card fees are determined by the marina and may be added to contracts at the marina's discretion. If the marina accepts a different form of payment (cash, check, ACH), you can select that payment method to avoid credit card fees.
