Why this matters
If your rates aren’t set up or mapped correctly, boaters can’t book your marina. These in-dashboard alerts help you catch issues before they impact your revenue—no digging through settings or emails required.
What the alerts mean
You'll see a banner in your Dockwa dashboard when there's a problem with your transient rates:
🔴 No Active Rates
Your marina is unbookable.
Add a rate season to start accepting reservations again.
🟠 Missing Rate Coverage
Some days don’t have mapped rates.
Update your rate season to cover the full booking window.
🟡 Season Ending Soon
Your current rate season ends in less than 30 days.
Add your next season now to avoid a gap in availability.
What to do next
Make sure your rates are up to date by visiting Settings > Rates in your dashboard.
