Starting a chat has never been easier!
To initiate a chat through the app, please:
Tap the "Profile" icon on the navigation bar. iPhone users will see the at the bottom of their screen. If using an iPad, the navigation bar will be at the top of your screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page.
Tap Get Help. This will take you to a new screen.
The last step is to tap Send us a Message on this new page.
That's all there is to it—send us a message with your question and we'll assist from there! Replies will show directly in the app, so no need to switch apps or devices.
