Log in to your Dockwa account.
Access your trips
Select Trips from the top of the screen.
You can also access your trips directly through this link: https://dockwa.com/account/trips
Select the Reservations tab
The Trips page includes tabs for Reservations, Contracts, Sales, and Launches (at dry stack marinas). Within the Reservations tab, your trips are organized into groups: Current, Upcoming, Waitlist, Long-term Waitlist, Places you've been, and Canceled.Select a reservation
Click on the reservation you want to view. The following sections will be available:Actions you can take
Print or share your itinerary
Send a message to the marina
Cancel your reservation
Reservation Status
Marina Info
Marina address, phone number, VHF radio channel, coordinates, and a link to the marina's profile page.
Check-in / Check-out
The marina's check-in and check-out times, along with any special instructions they've provided.
Amenity Notes (current and upcoming confirmed reservations)
Notes from the marina may include WiFi information, gate/bathroom codes, or other important updates relevant to your stay.
Approach
The marina's approach instructions to help you find the correct location.
A link to the marina's map, if the marina has uploaded one.
Your assigned slip or space, if the marina has enabled sharing this information with boaters.
Pricing Details
Line-item cost breakdown and total for your reservation.
Any promo or discount codes applied.
Billing Details
Invoices and payment history (paid or scheduled).
Update your payment method for this reservation by clicking Change (note: this only updates the selected reservation).
On the Dockwa App
Tap the Trips icon at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the trip you want to access.
