Reservation Process:
Step 1: Selecting Your Reservation Type and Dates
Go to the "Reservations" section of a Marina Profile page and choose "Short Term".
For seasonal/annual bookings and other requests, click Seasonal/Annual.
Pick a boat from your profile and the desired dates. You’ll receive an accurate quote based on your boat size and chosen dates, directly sourced from the marina's current rate sheet.
Step 2: Specifying Electricity Requirements
Click "Continue to Reserve" to access the electricity options (if available at the marina).
Select your electricity needs, and see the cost included in your reservation overview.
Step 3: Reviewing Your Reservation
On the "Overview" page, double-check all details, especially your payment information and any special requests.
Step 4: Agreeing to Terms and Policies
Before finalizing, agree to the marina’s cancellation policy and terms of service by ticking the checkbox above the "Request Reservation" button.
Step 5: Submitting Your Reservation
Click "Request Reservation" to send your request to the marina.
A "Pending Reservation" page and confirmation email indicate successful submission. If not seen, check your TRIPS section or contact Dockwa Support.
