Go to dockwa.com and click Log in.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
On the password screen, click Forgot password?
Check your inbox for a password reset email from Dockwa and click Reset password.
Choose a new password and sign in.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder and confirm you entered the email address on your Dockwa account. Reset links expire after a short time — if yours has expired, just request a new one.
Tip: if you'd rather skip passwords entirely, set up a Passkey — you'll sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint instead. See "What are Passkeys, Magic Auth and TOTP?"

“Invalid Password Reset Token” Error?
If you encounter this error, try these solutions:
Ensure you’re using the most recent password reset email— links will expire or time out.
Try requesting a new password reset email from the Dockwa site.
