If you see the error message:
“1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Reset password token is invalid”
When trying to reset your password, it means you are using an outdated or invalid password reset link.
Why This Happens
Each password reset request generates a new reset link (token).
If you’ve requested multiple resets, only the most recent email will work.
Using an older link will trigger this error.
How to Fix It
Go to your email inbox.
Locate the most recent Password Reset Instructions email.
Check the timestamp (time received) to confirm it’s the latest one.
In Gmail, reset emails may appear “stacked” in a single conversation. Open the conversation fully to find the newest reset email.
Click the reset link in the latest email to continue.
