You can update or remove a credit card from your Dockwa account using either a web browser or the Dockwa mobile app.
Remove a Credit Card or Checking Account via Web Browser
Steps:
Log in to your Dockwa account from any browser. Instructions Here
Click your Account name in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.
Go to the Payment Methods tab. Direct link
Click the Delete (trash can icon) next to the payment method you want to remove.
Confirm deletion by clicking Yes.
⚠️ If you cannot remove the payment method, it is likely attached to an active reservation.
To delete the card, first change the card linked to your active reservation(s).

Remove a Credit Card or Checking Account in the Dockwa Mobile App
Steps:
Log in to the Dockwa app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Tap Payment Methods.
Select the payment method you want to remove.
Tap Delete to remove it.
Pro Tip: If the card or checking account is tied to an active reservation, you must switch to a different payment method first before deletion.
