Change of plans? Have a question? Need to communicate a special request? The easiest way to communicate this to the marina is by sending a message through your Dockwa reservation.
If you have submitted a reservation request, you can message the marina at any time before, during, or after your stay.
It's as simple as logging into your Dockwa account, opening the reservation you would like to change, and using our Message feature to communicate your change or request directly to the marina.
From a Computer
Navigate to the Account dropdown menu, then select Trips.
Select you reservation from the list of Upcoming Trips or Places You've Been to view the itinerary page. You can message the marina at any time about any reservation, past or present.
On the itinerary page, select Message Marina to begin your conversation.
Write your message and Send it to the marina. You can request reservation date adjustments, communicate special requests, or get answers to any questions you may have for the marina manager.
Wait for an email notification that the marina has responded to your message. You will be able to read the marina's reply in the email. Select Click to Respond to return to the messaging page to continue your conversation.
From a Mobile Web Browser
Once you are logged in to your Dockwa account, your reservations can be found under the three-line menu icon
at the top right of the page, then in Account > Trips.
Select you reservation from the list of Upcoming Trips or Places You've Been to view the itinerary page. You can message the marina at any time about any reservation, past or present.
On the itinerary page, select Message Marina to begin your conversation.
Write your message and Send it to the marina. You can request reservation date adjustments, communicate special requests, or get answers to any questions you may have for the marina manager.

From the Dockwa Mobile App
Once you are logged in to your Dockwa account, your reservations can be found in the Trips section at the bottom of the screen.
Find your reservation from the list of Current or Past trips, and select Message to communicate with the marina. You can message the marina at any time about any reservation, past or present.
Write your message and Send it to the marina. You can request reservation date adjustments, communicate special requests, or get answers to any questions you may have for the marina manager.
