Hold down on the power button for a couple of seconds until it powers off.

Remove the back panel of the printer.

Find the word RESET on the back of the printer once the back panel is removed.

Insert a fine-point pen or a paperclip into the RESET switch and hold it down.

Now press and release the Power button.

The LAN symbol on the front of the printer should begin flashing green.

Continue to hold the RESET switch for 10 seconds.

While continuing to hold the reset switch, press and hold the FEED button on the front side of the printer until it begins printing.

Release the RESET button when the lights turn off.
