Follow the steps below to make sure our emails arrive safely in your inbox.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Before adjusting settings:
Open your Spam or Junk folder.
Look for an email from us (or your marina).
Open it and select “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”
This tells your email provider that the message is safe.
Gmail
Open an email from us.
If it’s in Spam, tap Report not spam.
Add the sender to your Contacts.
Outlook (Outlook.com & Microsoft 365)
Open Outlook.
Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail → Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
Enter the email address or domain.
Click Save.
If needed, open any message in Junk and choose Mark as not junk.
Yahoo Mail
Open an email from us.
Hover over the sender’s name and click Add to Contacts.
Save the contact.
If the message was in Spam, click Not Spam.
Apple Mail (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
Open an email from us.
Tap or right-click the sender’s email address.
Select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
If the email was in Junk, select Move to Inbox or Not Junk.
AOL Mail
Open an email from us.
Click or hover over the sender’s email address.
Select Add Contact.
If it was in Spam, click Not Spam.
Helpful Tips
Add important marina or reservation email addresses to your Contacts.
If you use multiple email addresses, check the Spam folder in each one.
