Log into your Dockwa account
Go to dockwa.com and sign in using your email and password.
Navigate to Your Trips
Click on âTripsâ in the upper right section or go directly here: https://dockwa.com/account/trips
Toggle Between Categories
Once on the Trips page, youâll see tabs for:
Reservations
Contracts
Sales
Select the category that corresponds with the receipt you're looking for.
View the Receipt
Click on the specific trip or transaction.
From there, youâll be able to:
Scroll down to the Billing Details section
Select and view your receipt
Print the receipt as needed
View outstanding or upcoming invoices, if any
đ± On the Dockwa App (iOS)
Log in to Dockwa on the App
Open the Dockwa iOS app on iOS and sign in.
Tap the "Trips" Icon
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Trips to view your activity.
Toggle Between Categories
At the top of the screen, toggle between:
Reservations
Contracts
Sales
Select the category that corresponds with the receipt you're looking for.
View the Receipt
Click on the specific trip or transaction.
From there, youâll be able to:
Scroll down and click Billing Details
Select and view your receipt
Print the receipt as needed
View outstanding or upcoming invoices, if any
Youâll Also Receive a Receipt by Email
Once your payment is successfully processed, Dockwa automatically sends a receipt to your email on file.
Didn't Receive the Email?
First, check your spam or junk folderâ it may have been filtered there.
If itâs still missing, your email provider may have blocked Dockwaâs messages.
Still Need Help?
If youâre unable to locate your receipt through the website, mobile app, or email:
Contact Dockwa Support and include:
The marina name
Reservation/contract ID
Any helpful transaction details
