How to change your multi-factor authentication method

  1. Log in and go to My Account → Login & Security.

  2. Under multi-factor authentication, you'll see your current methods.

  3. Add a new method first (Passkey or authenticator app), then remove the old one.

Got a new phone? If you still have access to your old authenticator app or a signed-in session, follow the steps above. If you're locked out entirely, contact us at [email protected] and we'll verify your identity and help you reset your MFA.
