Keeping your Dockwa profile up to date ensures seamless bookings and efficient communication with marinas. Your profile contains important details like your name, contact info, and membership details (e.g., BoatUS or Safe Harbor) that help streamline your boating experience.
How to Access Your Dockwa Profile
On the Web (Dockwa.com):
Navigate to dockwa.com and log in.
Click your Name/Initials in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Select Personal Info to view your profile or go directly here: https://dockwa.com/account/settings/personal_info
In the Mobile App (iOS):
Launch the Dockwa app and log in.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
How to Update Your Personal Information
You can update the following fields:
First and Last Name: How your name appears on reservations, receipts, and communications with marinas.
Email Address: Used for notifications and receipts.
Phone Number: The best number for marinas to reach you at.
To update on the Web:
Go to the Personal Info settings here: https://dockwa.com/account/settings/personal_info
Edit the fields as needed.
Click Update Profile to save changes.
To update in the App (iOS):
Tap the Profile icon and select Edit Profile.
Edit the fields as needed.
Tap Save to save changes.
