Forgot Your Password | Password Reset Instructions

To reset your password on, follow the instructions below:

  • Start by CLICKING HERE, entering your email address, and clicking "Send Password Reset Instructions" to send yourself a password reset link via email

  • Next, log in to your email and find the email from Dockwa Support titled "Your Password Reset Request" (If you are having trouble finding the email please try searching in your spam folder)

    • In the body of the "password re-set" email, click the link to "Change my password"

  • Enter in a new password to both empty sections, make sure you have typed it exactly the same in both sections, then save it by clicking "Change Password"

    • Note: The new password must be at least 6 characters long

If you follow this instruction and you receive an error saying "Invalid Password Reset Token", please follow the instructions here: Password Reset Error: "Invalid Password Reset Token"

PLEASE NOTE: Once you click "Change Password" in the final step, you will be automatically redirected to the Dockwa Homepage. You will know that you have logged in successfully if in the top right corner of the website says "Account". If you are using your phone (on a mobile web browser, not the app) - you will see the "hamburger menu" (three horizontal lines in the top right) first - which you can click to view the "Account" menu.
