1. Request Password Reset
When logging in, click Forgot Password? or go directly to the Password Reset link here: https://dockwa.com/users/password/new
Enter the email address associated with your Dockwa account.
Click Send Reset Email.
2. Check Your Email
Look for an email from Dockwa Support titled “Your Password Reset Request.”
If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
3. Click the Password Reset Link
Open the email and click on the Change my password button to proceed.
4. Create Your New Password
On the password reset page:
Enter your new password twice — make sure both are identical.
Note: Password must be at least 8 characters long.
Click Change My Password to submit.
Once completed, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Dockwa homepage. You’ll know you’re logged in when you see your name or initials in the top-right of the screen.
Troubleshooting Tips
“Invalid Password Reset Token” Error?
If you encounter this error, try these solutions:
Ensure you’re using the most recent password reset email— links will expire or time out.
Try requesting a new password reset email from the Dockwa site.
