What to Do if You Have Multiple Dockwa Accounts
If you have two or more Dockwa accounts under different emails, you may be wondering if they can be merged. Unfortunately, Dockwa does not currently offer a way to combine accounts.
Accessing Your Reservations
Each reservation is tied to the email address used when it was created. To view your reservations, you must log in with the email address associated with that reservation.
Choose a Primary Account
Choose one account to use moving forward:
Continue logging in with your preferred email address and password each time.
Reach out to Dockwa Support if you would like to permanently close your other, inactive account: Delete My Account.
Update Your Email Address
If you need to update the email address linked to your preferred Dockwa account, follow these steps: Change the Email Address on Your Dockwa Account.
