Change of plans? Have a question? Need to communicate a Special Request? The easiest way to communicate this to the marina is by sending a message through your Dockwa reservation.
From Dockwa.com, it's as simple as logging into your Dockwa account, opening the reservation you would like to change, and using our message feature to communicate your change or request directly to the marina.
Once you are logged into your Dockwa account, your reservations can be found under the Account header at the top right of the screen.
Open the reservation and press "Message". From here you can request adjustments to dates, communicate special requests, and get answers to any questions you may have for the marina manager.
The marina will be notified of your message and will send you a response as soon as possible. You will receive a notification when the marina messages you back via email. You can also message by using the Dockwa Mobile App (See Instructions Here).
