When your Dockwa request is confirmed by the marina, you should receive two emails:
Confirmation Email – Includes your reservation ID and itinerary.
Payment Receipt – Typically, most marinas charge a one-night deposit when a reservation is first confirmed. However, please note that payment schedules may vary by marina, so we recommend confirming with your marina how they handle payment processing.
Why You Might Not See the Confirmation Email
The confirmation email may have been sent to your Spam or Junk folder.
To ensure Dockwa emails reach your inbox, add our senders to your Safelist (also called “Approved” or “Safe Sender” list).
