If a refund is issued to a card that is no longer valid:
Expired or Cancelled Card: Your bank will automatically reroute the refund to your new card.
Closed Account: The bank will usually redirect the refund to an alternative account or issue a check.
Rare Cases: If the bank cannot process the refund, it will be returned to Dockwa. In this case, we will contact you directly to ensure you receive your refund.
